We collect the personal information described above to enable us to:

If you sign up to receive updates to our newsletter, we will use your email address for that purpose as well. From time to time our newsletter may include commercial messages. You consent to receiving such messages. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time. 

Who will hold it

We will hold your personal information. Information you provide to us through this website will also be held on our behalf by our hosting provider, Squarespace.

Who will see it

Within our organisation, your information will be viewable by Lisa Foster and any support staff who have a genuine need to see it in connection with the roles they perform. It will not be viewable by anyone else.

We may collect non-identifying statistical information about visits to this site. Site statistics allow us to assess the number of visitors to different sections of the site, identify what information is of interest, and help us make the site more useful to visitors.

How long we'll keep it

We will keep your information for as long as we require it to provide our services to you and to communicate with you in connection with our services, upon which we will securely delete it.
