What does a treatment involve?

Guided from the initial consultation and with full agreement, the session will be created to best reflect your needs. This may involve a specific treatment based on one of the modalities - massage, healing or remedies or a proposed combination of some of these elements.

For injuries or chronic issues often a short package of treatments is beneficial for recovery and this can be designed specifically for you.

To offer a tailored treatment a brief health history will be completed, this will take approx 10-15minutes or can be completed online prior to the treatment, and include current symptoms and hopes or expectations for the session.
